OpenSSH 3.1p1 released, fixed bug with off by one. This bug causes local root vuln. In all versions up to 3.0.2p1 included. However remote root vulnerability has not been proven to not exist.

I have disabled sftp service unless some serious patch from openssh team comes out. You can use scp instead.
